Kim is a student in the field of 2D & 3D Animation, Lighting, SFX and in more traditional arts such as Drawing and Painting. In the past, he has had school in Natural Sciences and possesses a great amount of experience in the scripting of Flash games.

Kim is passionate about the creative process and the people behind it. He believes in teamwork and the opportunity to learn from others.

Jason has a background in software engineering, mathematics, and management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer Science. He possesses varied experience with computers and his problem solving skills are one of his principal assets.

Jason is the president of Shade.ca and LavaBlast Software, a firm that builds software for the franchise industry.
